This weekend, @djimonhounsou and I were joined others in honoring @UncleRush at the David Lynch Foundation’s 3rd Annual “Change Begins Within” benefit. CBW is a global outreach organization dedicated to teaching at-risk adolscents and teens stress-reducing meditation.

@UncleRush was honored for his years long efforts to bring meditation and yoga into the lives of inner city and at-risk youth and promote upward mobility through self-awareness.

Students that use these techniques to eliminate stress resulting from trauma have shown dramatic improvement and are learning that a life of peace is built from within. (more…)
