Fabs, as promised here is the full spread with all the photos from my Harper’s Bazaar Malaysia cover shoot. Shot by the brilliant Gan and styled by the fabulous Kenneth Goh, this spread reminds me of the editorial shoots I used to do when I began modeling years ago.
I love the clashing prints and the intersecting sensibilities of all the clothes featured. Part of the shoot was done high above the studio in the rafters. Talk about high fashion! (more…)
Hot off the presses – check out my new cover of Harper’s Bazaar Malaysia. The shoot was styled by superfab stylist Kenneth Goh and I had so much fun. The vibe was sooo fashion and it reminded me of shoots i did back when I first started modeling. Night shoots, loud music, rowdy (but ultra-skilled) crew – can’t beat it! Cant wait to show you all the final story with all images, but for now here is a taste.. What do you guys think?
I hope your Thanksgiving was enjoyable and delicious. Our house was filled with family, food and lots of love. @UncleRush joined us this year and we were also joined by @AngelaSimmons. Both Ming and Aoki love spending time with their cousins so this was a special treat.
I made sure we had something to meet everyone’s dietary requirements including one of the most delicious tofurkeys I have EVER had! By the end of the day I was ready for a little beauty pampering and r&r.

Thanksgiving is a special time in my home. It’s a time when I get to slow down for a minute and appreciate and give thanks for all the unbelievable blessings in my life. It’s a time when I get to enjoy my family in all their glory and see the sparkle in each of them that makes me want to make their lives the best that they could possibly be. That’s a true blessing.
In keeping with wanting to make my family happy, I also want to keep them healthy. For that very reason, one of my fave KLS family vegan recipes is for some delicious Baked Sweet Potatoes and Apples . This delectable dish is a tradition in our home.
