Last week I made my way to QVC headquarters in Pennsylvania for a day of training and orientation.

February 24, 2012 is the date of my first ever appearance on QVC and the debut of Shinto Clinical’s SMOOTH ANSWER Anti-Wrinkle & Moisture Boost hydrator and I’m so excited.

I learned a lot from the professionals who have turned home shopping into a science. These are some smart cookies, fabs. I was also excited to meet and visit with my classmates who are also getting ready for their on-air appearances.

Part of the training included a ‘camera test’ with an on-air personality. These are pics of my test – how do I look??

I met some of the smartest and creative people; it was invigorating to be around that many entrepreneurs taking the next step in their businesses and brands. That kind of energy is infectious!

Thanks to everyone who’s been wishing me luck @officialkimora! One friend – @Amarylis – said she was going to have a viewing party. Fabs, I think we may be onto something…
